M/S A-9 MATRIMONY & ASSISTED SERVICES, having its Office situated at Plot No.224, House No. 4-87, Sri Datta Sai Residency, having Flat No. S-201, Buddha Nagar, Road No.3, Peerjadiguda, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. Pin Code: 500092. Telangana State, India. E-mail Id: info@a9services.in & Cell No. 9248651955.

(Herein after referred as “A-9 MATRIMONY ”)

WHEREAS,

1.   This A-9 Matrimony purely provides Matrimony and assisted services .

2.   This A-9 Matrimony operates exclusively as a matrimonial platform for Indian brides and grooms.

3.   Indian men and women can provide their details and partner preferences to the A-9 Matrimony  and that the A-9 Matrimony will assist in finding a suitable match.

4.   All information collected from the MEMBER is kept confidential.

5.   Only specific details, will be shared with the other party (Bride/Groom as the case may be) only with your explicit consent.

6.   To cover operational and other expenses, a fee of Rs……../- (Rupees………………..only) is charged to enroll you as a MEMBER of the A-9 Matrimony. Once, the required fees is paid, you will be treated as a MEMBER of the A-9 Matrimony.

7.   Upon becoming as a MEMBER, both the MEMBER and the A-9 Matrimony shall have to agree and abide the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “A-9 Matrimony” means [M/S A-9 Matrimony & Assisted Services), including its proprietor, partners, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates as the case may be.

1.2 “MEMBER” means any person registering with the Firm for matrimonial alliance services, including bride, groom, parents, guardians, or authorized representatives.

1.3 “PROFILE” means personal, educational, professional, family, religious, social, and contact details submitted by the Member.

1.4 “SERVICES” include matchmaking, profile sharing, mediation, introductions, counseling, communication facilitation, and allied matrimonial services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Member declares that:

• Groom/Bride is a Hindu by religion or belongs to Hindu customs and traditions.
• Groom/Bride has attained legal marriageable age under Indian law.
• Groom/Bride is legally competent to marry.
• Information submitted is true and genuine.

2.2 A-9 Matrimony reserves the right to reject or terminate membership without assigning reasons.

3. REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTS:

3.1 Details required by the Members: all the details provided by the member is true as best of his knowledge

• Profile Photographs(latest) of the bride or groom as the case may be
• Address
• date of birth Particulars of Education Employment/business as the case may be,
• Marital status (unmarried/ divorced/widowed)

3.2 A-9 Matrimony may verify documents, but does not guarantee authenticity.

3.3 Submission of false information shall result in:

• Immediate termination of membership.
• Forfeiture of enrolment fees.
• Legal action if necessary.

4. MEMBER DECLARATION:

The Member solemnly declares that:

• No material facts are concealed.
• No criminal case materially affecting marriage prospects is intentionally hidden.

• The profile photographs shared belong to the Bride or Groom as the case may be.

5. ROLE OF THE FIRM:

5.1 A-9 Matrimony acts only as a facilitator/intermediary in match making.

5.2 The Firm:

• Does not guarantee marriage.
• Does not guarantee compatibility.
• Does not guarantee character, conduct, income, fertility, health, or social status of any Member.

5.3 Final verification must be independently conducted by both parties.

6. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY:

6.1 Personal data of the bride or groom shall be used only for matrimonial purposes.

6.2 Members consent to storage and processing of data by the Firm.

6.3 A-9 Matrimony shall take reasonable care for confidentiality, but shall not be liable for:

• Data leaks caused by hacking
• Unauthorized third-party misuse
• Member-to-member misuse

6.4 Members shall not misuse photographs, phone numbers, or personal data of other Members.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

Members shall not:

• Upload false profiles
• Use abusive language
• Demand dowry
• Harass or threaten any person
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Circulate obscene content
• Engage in fraud or impersonation

Violation of the above or any other illegal activity may lead to:

• Suspension of the membership.
• Police complaint.

·        Civil and criminal action against the wrong doer.

8. FEES & REFUND POLICY:

8.1 Registration/service fees once paid are:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable

8.2 No refund shall be claimed for:

• Non-finalization of marriage
• Rejection by prospective alliance
• Delay in finding matches

8.3 Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of the Firm.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION:

9.1 A-9 Matrimony shall not be responsible for:

• Misrepresentation of the facts by Members.
• Failed marriages.
• Emotional distress.
• Financial losses.
• Fraud by Members.
• Post-marriage disputes.
• Domestic disputes.
• Dowry-related allegations.
• Criminal acts of any Member.

9.2 Members interact at their own risk before deciding on the prospective alliance.

10. INDEMNITY CLAUSE:

Members agree to indemnify and hold the A-9 Matrimony harmless against:

• Claims.
• Damages.
• Litigation.
• Police complaints.
• Compensation claims.
• Legal expenses.                                                        

arising from:

• False information.
• Personal disputes.
• Marriage disputes.
• Misconduct of Members.

11. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP:

A-9 Matrimony may suspend or terminate the membership for:

• False information.
• Misconduct.
• Legal violations.
• Non-cooperation.
• Defamatory acts against the A-9 Matrimony.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All:

• Logos.
• Brand names.
• Databases.
• Profile formats.
• Website/app contents.

shall remain the exclusive property of the A-9 Matrimony.

Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

13.1 Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably.

13.2 Failing settlement, disputes shall be subject to:

• Arbitration under Indian law only HYDERABAD or.
• Courts having jurisdiction at HYDERABAD ONLY.

13.3 The laws of India shall govern this Agreement.

14. CONSENT CLAUSE:

The Member voluntarily consents to:

• Collection of personal information.
• Sharing profile details with prospective matches.
• Communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or online platforms.

15. FORCE MAJEURE:

A-9 Matrimony shall not be liable for failure due to:

• Natural disasters.
• Internet failures.
• Government restrictions.
• Cyber attacks.
• Pandemic situations.
• Technical disruptions.
